Jungle PR is the Proud Sponsor of "Jack and the Beanstalk"
Jungle PR is delighted to announce that we've teamed up with the Norwich Theatre Royal as the proud headline sponsor of the 2010 pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.
To kick-start the partnership, and as a fun and interactive way to spread the word across Norfolk, we've launched a campaign for school children in the region to grow the tallest beanstalk. Throughout June we've been working with four primary schools, Yaxham Church of England Primary, Scarning V.E Primary, Costessey Junior School and Corton CEVC Primary as they start sowing runner bean seeds, kindly supplied by Suttons Seeds.
There will be a prize for the best bean, the tallest beanstalk and the most ingenious way to transport the bean to the theatre.
The beans will grow over the summer holidays and will be judged during British Food Fortnight, a UK-wide festival encouraging us to eat home grown produce. Judging the beans will be a mystery pantomime character, a representative of Sutton Seeds and Kate Morfoot, managing director of Jungle PR.

Mrs Kate Morfoot, managing director of PR and Marketing agency, Jungle PR,
said: "We came up with this competition idea to get children excited about growing vegetables and about the magic it can bring. It's something really positive that they can do over their summer holidays. We think that our sponsorship of 'Jack in the Beanstalk' will be best remembered for getting children inspired about gardening with what is going to be an amazingly fun and different competition for celebrating this year's pantomime and British Food Fortnight."
Jungle PR, which was awarded 'Outstanding Small Consultancy' in the East of England CIPR Pride Awards 2009 is located in Yaxham, Norfolk, has recently undergone a corporate re-brand in time for the official sponsorship and was unveiled today, with the strap line, 'Growing your Business Profile.'
John Bultitude, of Norwich Theatre Royal, added: "We are delighted to be working with Jungle PR on this year's pantomime. They have a wide range of high profile clients spread across the region and events like this Giant Beanstalk competition will help to spread the word about our spectacular production and give opportunities to lots of young people. It is cool beans - literally!"
